Vicki Williams

Parts Manager / Sales / Business Manager (1982- present)

Attended FJC.

Vicki began in boat business as accessories department. Responsible for all aspects of parts department, including merchandising and inventory management. From there she moved into sales with finance and insurance. Developed system for delivering boats to customers while achieving highest level of customer service. Continued in duties through change of ownership and expanded responsibilities to meet increasing demand. She has been to many factory training events and recognized for her excellence in customer service.

Sam Sheets

Service Manager / Master technician- (1981-present)

Sam began as Service Tech in training, attended multiple training facilities through the years. He achieved the highest level of training available. Duties include managing all technicians to operate in the most profitable manner. He is responsible for scheduling and maintaining all technicians training and accreditations. Sam is the first line of exposure to customers relating to service. Sam formulates a service plan to determine and restore customer products to properly working order.

Rob Terry

Master Rigger / technician – (1976 -present)

Rob Began as an assistant to a Master Rigger. He is fully aware of all aspects of mechanics of marine vessel systems and operation. He has attended countless manufacture training classes as well as offered solutions to them for unsolvable problems. Rob can also help as a qualified technician if needed for many applications.

Doug Robinson

Master technician (1983-present)

Doug has been on staff for almost two years. He is a great addition to the Jacksonville Marine family. He can work on almost any kind of engine and application. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of marine propulsion including; Yamaha, Mercury, Volvo Penta, Pleasure Craft and more
